FOO is expanding its Mumbai presence with the opening of a new restaurant in Juhu, reinforcing the brand’s growth strategy within India’s premium casual dining sector. The latest outlet is being launched at Eden Square and becomes the company’s 15th restaurant nationwide and its 10th location in Mumbai.

A 1,700-square-foot space has been developed with seating for 80 guests. Indoor and outdoor dining areas have been connected through a curved layout, while a tensile canopy, greenery, sculptural lighting, and a red marble bar have been added to shape a social dining environment.

The culinary programme is being led by Chef Eric Sifu. More than 100 Pan-Asian dishes are being served, including sushi, dim sum, Nikkei-style preparations, and Peruvian ceviche. Signature offerings include FOO Blue Butter Japanese Fried Rice with FOO Yellow Curry, Truffle Togarashi Black Rice Maki, Truffle Lobster Dumplings, and Charcoal Har Gow with gold dust.

A broader beverage menu has also been introduced. Cocktails such as Yuzu Negroni, FOO King, Florista, and Miso Sour are being offered alongside sake selections and boba teas. The dessert menu includes the brand’s Mount Foo-Ji platter.

Ryan Tham and Keenan Tham, Founders of Pebble Street Hospitality, said that Mumbai remained important for the brand and that Juhu had been chosen as a natural next step. The launch is expected to strengthen FOO’s presence in Mumbai’s premium dining market.
