Kalpaney has expanded its Bengaluru presence with the launch of its second outlet in Indiranagar following the response to its flagship restaurant in JP Nagar. The modern vegetarian dining brand is being positioned around experience-led hospitality, globally inspired vegetarian cuisine, and contemporary dining spaces designed for Bengaluru’s evolving food culture.

The new outlet has been developed with soaring ceilings, a double-height entrance, handcrafted ceramics from Khurja artisans, and subtle influences inspired by Kalamkari and Indian craft traditions. Through the new space, an immersive and design-focused dining environment is being introduced to align with Indiranagar’s vibrant hospitality landscape.

The menu continues Kalpaney’s approach of combining familiar Indian comfort flavours with global formats and contemporary presentation. Signature dishes such as Garlic Truffle Khichdi, Avocado Carpaccio with Izu Soya, and the Kalpaney Sushi Boat continue to feature on the menu alongside new additions including Mathri Makhana Chaat, Raw Mango Avocado Roll, Jackfruit Dimsum, and Podi Mac & Cheese Arancini.

Avinash Kapoli, Founder of Kalpaney, stated that Indiranagar played an important role in shaping Kompany Hospitality’s approach to hospitality and dining experiences. Chef Sombir Chaudary, Head Chef at Kalpaney, noted that the restaurant’s culinary philosophy continues to draw from nostalgic flavours and personal food memories while incorporating global techniques and influences.

Kalpaney continues to operate as a no-alcohol concept with a beverage programme centred on regional flavours and layered ingredients. Signature drinks such as Imli ka Khajur, School Days, and Khatta Sharbat remain part of the menu, while kombucha in three flavours has now been introduced across both Bengaluru outlets.
