Bengaluru-based 403 Forbidden Bar will host Mumbai's Permit & Co. on 10 June 2026 as part of its OVERRIDE_TAKEOVER series, an initiative designed to bring together distinctive bar concepts from across India for cultural and creative exchange.

Inspired by Mumbai's historic permit room culture, Permit & Co. is known for reimagining familiar local flavours, beverages, and social traditions through contemporary cocktails. For the one-night collaboration, guests in Bengaluru will experience a specially curated menu featuring signature creations inspired by Campa Cola, Pallonji Soda, Chowpatty flavours, local snacks, and everyday Mumbai memories.

Aman Dua, Founder of 403 Forbidden Bar, said the collaboration brings together two distinct perspectives on Indian drinking culture, combining Mumbai's hospitality heritage with Bengaluru's focus on experimentation and modern cocktail techniques.

The Permit & Co. team said the event offers an opportunity to introduce Bengaluru audiences to the flavours, stories, and traditions that inspire the Mumbai bar while celebrating the shared values of hospitality and community between the two cities.

Reservations are recommended as seats are limited for this one-night-only takeover. Guests can book their experience at 403 Forbidden Bar and explore a unique cocktail journey that brings the spirit of Mumbai to Bengaluru.
