Paper & Pie’s presence in Bengaluru is being expanded with the opening of its fifth outlet at Godrej Centre in Hebbal, Sahakar Nagar. The launch marks the café brand’s first entry into North Bengaluru and brings its community-led café experience to the city’s northern neighbourhoods. The new outlet is positioned as a space for work, casual meetings, relaxed dining and everyday coffee rituals.
The Hebbal café is being introduced as an important step in the brand’s growth journey, which began with its first outlet in Indiranagar in 2022. Since then, Paper & Pie has been developed as a neighbourhood café brand focused on familiar spaces, quality food and regular customer engagement. The fifth outlet is expected to extend that experience to residents and working professionals in and around Hebbal and Sahakar Nagar.
The new outlet has been designed as a versatile café where guests can work, unwind and meet socially. Paper & Pie stated that the menu brings together Indian favourites and global flavours inspired by Europe, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Freshly baked croissants, pies, brownies and other café-style treats are also being offered alongside the brand’s coffee.
The coffee served at Paper & Pie is sourced from the foothills of Chikmagalur, according to the company. The café brand said its focus remains on freshly prepared food, strong coffee offerings and spaces that encourage people to spend time beyond quick dining visits.
Sandeep Nagaiah, Co-Founder of Paper & Pie, said the brand had been started in 2022 with the intention of creating a wholesome café experience built around good brews, fresh food and enjoyable spaces. He noted that the fifth outlet reflected the affection shown by customers over the years and said the team was pleased to bring the brand to North Bengaluru.
Vamsi Reddy, Co-Founder of Paper & Pie, stated that every new outlet had been opened with the same intention of bringing the café closer to people. He added that Hebbal felt like a natural next step for the brand as it continued to learn from each outlet and expand its presence across Bengaluru.
With India’s café culture continuing to grow, Paper & Pie is seeking to strengthen its position as a neighbourhood café brand built around coffee, food and community experiences. The Hebbal launch is being seen as a continuation of that approach, with the brand aiming to create another familiar space for Bengaluru’s café-going audience.
