Europe’s first major international chicken festival is set to join the United Kingdom’s growing food festival calendar, with Roost scheduled to take place at Allianz Stadium in Twickenham from 21–23 August 2026. Dedicated entirely to chicken-based cuisine, the event will bring together food vendors from the United Kingdom, the United States, and Jamaica, offering visitors a wide variety of wings, drumsticks, sandwiches, and other signature dishes.

The festival’s lineup will feature several well-known names from the chicken and street food scene, including Chicken George JR, FOWL, Coqfighter, Maureen’s Kitchen, Schnitzel Heaven, Killa Waffle, Game and Flames, Ginger Wings, and Shwings. International participation will include Chicken Baptiser from South Carolina, alongside New York establishments Charles Pan Fried Chicken and Pecking House, bringing regional American flavours to the event.

In addition to food offerings, Roost will host the Wing Jam Championship Belt competition, where guests will vote to determine the UK’s best chicken wing vendor. A hot wing eating challenge, live-fire rotisserie cooking demonstrations, and a dedicated hot sauce tent featuring flavours from Louisiana, Mexico, the Caribbean, South Korea, and West Africa are also planned as part of the festival experience.

The event has been co-created by food content creator Toby Inskip, better known as Eating With Tod, who has built a large online following through his restaurant and food discovery content. Roost marks the second festival venture from the team behind Fume, a live-fire barbecue event that first launched in 2024. General admission tickets are priced from £17 for adults and £10 for children, while VIP packages start at £85. The festival is expected to attract food enthusiasts from across the UK and beyond.
