Bemisaal Baluchi Express is being introduced at Baluchi, the signature Pan Indian restaurant at The LaLiT Ashok Bangalore, as a refined business lunch experience designed for professionals in Bengaluru. The format is being positioned for corporate diners and weekday guests seeking a complete Indian meal within a limited lunch window. A chef-curated menu is being served within 30 minutes while the restaurant’s emphasis on authentic flavours, elegant presentation and warm hospitality is being maintained.
The LaLiT Ashok Bangalore stated that Baluchi has long been recognised for its North Indian cuisine inspired by India’s royal kitchens. Through Bemisaal Baluchi Express, the restaurant’s traditional culinary identity is being adapted into a faster and more structured dining experience without compromising on quality or variety. Vegetarian offerings include the Makhani Express with Paneer Makhani and Dal Baluchi, alongside the Raj Express featuring Rajma Raseela and Bhindi Singhada. Non-vegetarian diners are being offered Chooza Makhani and Laal Maans as part of the Makhani and Shahi Express selections. Each meal is being complemented with Indian breads or steamed rice, Kachumber Salad, Achaar, Papad and Chutney, followed by dessert, paan and a Tender Coconut Cooler.
The Biryani Express is also being presented as part of the launch, with guests being offered Gosht Pardah Biryani, Murgh Pardah Biryani or Subz Pardah Biryani served alongside Burani Raita or Plain Curd and traditional accompaniments. Executive Chef Shahul of The LaLiT Ashok Bangalore said the concept had been curated to deliver the essence of Baluchi in a convenient and refined format while continuing to celebrate timeless Indian recipes. With the launch, The LaLiT Ashok Bangalore is further strengthening its focus on premium yet time-efficient dining experiences for Bengaluru’s growing corporate and business community.
