A fresh culinary destination has been launched in the heart of Wakad, Pune, with the opening of Zypher’s—a café concept built on a foundation of international flavors and serene, nature-inspired design. The establishment has been developed by Rohan and Ruchita Juriasinghani, a mother-son duo whose shared passion for quality ingredients and thoughtful hospitality has been translated into every detail of the café.

Zypher’s has been named after “zephyr,” meaning a gentle breeze, a concept that has been reflected in both its ambiance and its philosophy. A warm, bohemian atmosphere has been created using bamboo elements, earthy colors, and delicate lighting fixtures. Hanging greenery has been suspended throughout the space to further enhance its natural charm.

A unique menu has been introduced, with ingredients sourced from a variety of global regions. Coffee beans have been brought in from Sumatra, cocoa from Indonesia, vanilla from Madagascar, and other flavors from Thailand and Japan. This attention to origin and quality has been incorporated not only into beverages but also into the café’s food offerings.

The beverage lineup has included a variety of signature blends. These have ranged from the rich Tiramisu Latte and Iced Cocoa with Java flakes to the vibrant Blue Pea Iced Latte. Traditional drinks such as the aromatic Kashmiri Kahwa and decadent Nutella Hazelnut Hot Chocolate have also been made available.

Zypher’s has introduced a non-alcoholic cocktail menu as well. Options such as Devil in Disguise, made with passion fruit, bird’s eye chili, and rose, and Valley of Flowers, combining elderflower and lavender, have been curated to provide a bold and refreshing experience.

The food menu has been curated to appeal to varied palates. Dishes such as the Railway Cutlet, Mushroom Parmesan Toast, and Burrata with Sundried Tomatoes have been featured alongside small plates like Edamame Truffle Dumplings, Korean Mushroom Cheese Mandu, and Gochujang Mac & Cheese Balls. The menu has been designed to reflect both comfort and creativity.

Desserts, including handcrafted gelatos and ice creams, have been offered as a sweet conclusion to the dining experience.

According to statements provided by the founders, Zypher’s has been envisioned not simply as a café but as a personal project aimed at creating a space where every guest feels welcomed and cared for.
