Mumbai’s hospitality scene has welcomed Belmarose, a new luxury dining and nightlife destination at Sahara Star. Designed to transition seamlessly from an intimate fine dining venue into a vibrant after-hours hotspot, Belmarose combines elevated cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, and immersive entertainment under one roof.
Inspired by the Italian word “Bella,” meaning beautiful, Belmarose draws on themes of elegance, warmth, and memorable experiences. The venue spans nearly 5,000 square feet with around 120 covers and features European and Roman-inspired interiors, including maroon velvet seating, premium leather accents, artistic detailing, and ambient lighting that create a luxurious yet inviting atmosphere.
The culinary programme is led by Chef Sunil Pandey, who has curated a menu blending European and Asian influences with contemporary techniques and refined presentation. Signature offerings include Smoked Chicken Caesar Croquettes, Enoki Mushroom Roll, Stuffed Zucchini Flower, Rosette Ravioli, and Lobster in XO Sauce, each designed to showcase layered flavours and elegant plating.
Complementing the food is an innovative cocktail programme created by in-house mixologists Roshan and Hardik. Signature drinks such as Pandan Bloom, Flora Blanca, Mango Inferno, Palantine Fig, and Ignis Roma have been crafted to enhance both the dining experience and the venue’s evolving nightlife energy.
As the evening progresses, Belmarose transforms into a lively entertainment destination featuring curated music experiences, international artists, and a vibrant social atmosphere. The concept reflects a growing demand for hospitality venues that combine dining, cocktails, music, and nightlife within a single destination.
