Hosted across La Patisserie, the hotel’s cake shop and delicatessen, and Anise, its all-day dining restaurant, the showcase features a selection of mango-inspired desserts, cakes and beverages. The mango has long been associated with summer indulgence across the country, with varieties such as Alphonso, Imam Pasand and Banganapalli enjoying widespread popularity. At Taj Coromandel, this affection is being translated into a curated menu that combines classic flavours with contemporary dessert techniques and global inspirations.

At Anise, guests are being offered creations such as the Mango Pull Me Up Cake, where a rich mango cascade is revealed at the table, alongside the Mango Kunefe layered with saffron cream and diced mangoes. The Mango Phirni Brulee reinterprets the traditional Indian rice pudding with a caramelised finish, while the Mango Blanc combines diced mangoes and vanilla ice cream for a lighter summer dessert experience.

The celebration continues at La Patisserie with artisanal pastries and handcrafted treats. Featured offerings include the Coconut Mango Elysium layered over almond sponge, the Mango Saffron Cheesecake infused with saffron, and the Minted Mango Cake delicately flavoured with fresh mint. Mango Meringue Short Bread, Mango Macaroons filled with mango ganache and white chocolate, and Mango & Pistachio Jars further expand the seasonal selection.

The cake collection is being highlighted through creations such as Mango & Salted Caramel, Mango Red Velvet and Mango Flan, each designed to showcase the fruit’s vibrant sweetness. Complementing the desserts is a beverage menu featuring classics such as the Fresh Mango Milk Shake and the tangy Aam Panna Fizz, offering guests a refreshing way to enjoy the season’s favourite fruit.
