Blurring the lines between boutique hospitality and contemporary bar culture, Mini Bar at The Passport Hotel, Assagaon, North Goa, has been designed as a cocktail-forward social hub where guests are welcomed with a drink, conversations flow effortlessly, and local discovery becomes part of the stay experience.
Far more than a traditional hotel lobby, Mini Bar serves as the social heart of the property, bringing together guests through thoughtfully crafted cocktails, jazz-led evenings, curated small plates, and an intimate atmosphere that reflects the laid-back spirit of Goa. The space combines the energy of a neighbourhood cocktail bar with the warmth of boutique hospitality, creating a destination that invites guests to linger long after check-in.
The cocktail programme draws inspiration from tropical produce, Indian flavours, fermentation techniques, and coastal influences. Signature serves include Passport De Picante, a tropical interpretation of the classic Picante featuring tequila blanco, mezcal, fresh guava, coconut sugar, lime, and house-made guava chamoy; Madame Rosita, a coastal take on the Rosita with kokum from the Western Ghats, tequila, Campari, and hibiscus-infused vermouths; and Hot Girl Club, a refreshing highball combining feni, tequila blanco, house-fermented pineapple tepache liqueur, green chillies, lime, soda, and a thecha salt rim.
The menu also features Café Noir, which pairs rum with a house-made cola cordial infused with Coorg coffee, alongside lemon curd and butter-cookie dust, while Meloni offers a lighter, fruit-forward take on the Old Fashioned with bourbon, muskmelon syrup, green cardamom, bitters, and dry vermouth.
Together, the cocktails reflect Mini Bar's ingredient-led philosophy and contemporary approach to mixology, celebrating regional flavours while capturing the creativity and vibrant spirit of modern Goa.
