Cream Centre is expanding its presence in Bengaluru with the opening of its second outlet at Forum Mall, strengthening the vegetarian dining chain’s South India growth strategy after strong customer response was received at its first city location. The new restaurant is being positioned within one of Bengaluru’s prominent retail and lifestyle destinations, where the brand’s complete menu portfolio is now being introduced to a wider audience. Growing demand for organised vegetarian dining experiences in metro cities is also being reflected through the expansion.
The company’s expansion is being led under the leadership of Sanjiv Chona and Rishi Chona, with focus continuing to be placed on family dining and vegetarian comfort food. Signature offerings such as Channa Bhature, World’s Best Nachos, and Sizzling Brownie Fundae are continuing to remain central to the brand’s identity, while seasonal additions from the ongoing Aamras Festival are also being served through mango-inspired dishes available for a limited period.
A positive response from Bengaluru consumers was said to have encouraged the company’s second launch in the city. Rishi Chona stated that the reception received at the first outlet made further expansion feel like a natural progression. He also noted that Forum Mall carried emotional significance for many residents and added, “We are truly delighted to now be a part of that story.”
Founded in Mumbai in 1958, Cream Centre has spent more than six decades building its position in India’s vegetarian restaurant sector. The Bengaluru outlet has been designed using the brand’s contemporary yet nostalgic format, combining modern interiors with familiar family dining experiences as the company continues expanding across urban markets.
