Benedict’s has opened in JP Nagar, South Bengaluru, introducing an all-day dining concept centred on breakfast classics, continental comfort food, and Mediterranean-inspired flavours. The neighbourhood restaurant has been designed as a full-service dining destination where guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner throughout the day. Inspired by 1970s diner aesthetics, the interiors feature vibrant yellow and blue tones combined with a contemporary dining format.
The menu has been built around breakfast and egg-based dishes alongside globally influenced comfort food. According to Benedict’s, offerings include The Classic Benedict, Turkish Eggs with Greek yogurt and garlic sauce, Shakshouka with ghee roast masala, and Chawanmunshi served with Parsi Akuri eggs. Culinary influences from Turkish, Egyptian, and Parsi cuisines have also been incorporated into the menu.
A strong emphasis has been placed on in-house preparation, with scratch-made flavoured butters, brown butter hollandaise, and signature sauces forming part of the kitchen programme. The beverage selection includes sake, soju, and wines curated for both daytime and evening dining experiences.
The concept has been developed around the idea of offering familiar dishes with elevated flavours and quality ingredients. By combining classic breakfast preparations with international influences, the restaurant aims to cater to diners seeking both comfort and variety throughout the day.
Krish Nayak, Co-Founder of Benedict’s, said that the restaurant was created to make breakfast available beyond traditional morning hours while delivering familiar comfort food with consistency and warmth. He said, “Breakfast isn’t restricted to mornings.”
With its launch in JP Nagar, Benedict’s joins Bengaluru’s expanding all-day dining segment, where flexible dining formats and globally inspired menus continue to attract modern consumers.
