A craft beer pairing menu is being introduced by Ironhill India and SMOOR across their outlets, with brewing science and chocolate artistry being brought together through a curated dining experience. The collaboration is being positioned as a new format for flavour-led consumer engagement. The menu is being designed to offer consumers a more immersive way to explore craft beer and chocolate.
The collaboration is being led by Ironhill India, a brewery chain, and SMOOR, a chocolate brand. A specially curated menu is being rolled out across Ironhill breweries and SMOOR outlets. The initiative is being presented as a meeting point between two craft-led categories.
The concept has been explained by Vimal Sharma, Founder of SMOOR, who said chocolate and craft beer both carry layered flavour profiles shaped by origin and process. He stated that the pairings had been created to encourage consumers to slow down and explore flavour more deeply. The collaboration was described by him as a creative meeting of two crafts.
The brewing perspective has been shared by Vidhatha Annamaneni, Co-Founder of Ironhill India, who said the initiative was developed to extend the craft beer experience beyond the glass. He stated that chocolate pairing allows the complexity of Ironhill’s brews to be highlighted in an indulgent and educational format. The collaboration is being seen by the brand as a way to place craft beer within the wider lifestyle and dining ecosystem.
