CinCin’s new white wine, Bianco, has been introduced as a bright and approachable Riesling designed for relaxed dining moments. It has been positioned as fresh, floral, and gently citrusy, making it suitable for long lunches, casual dinners, and unplanned extended evenings. The wine has been crafted to feel effortless and easy to enjoy rather than complex or intimidating.

Sourced from the vineyards of Igatpuri, where cooler breezes help maintain grape freshness, Bianco has been described as light, aromatic, and clean on the finish. It has been added to CinCin’s house wine portfolio alongside Rosso and Blush, with all three wines being presented as distinct yet united by the idea that good wine should feel simple and accessible.

It has been stated that Bianco was created to naturally fit into shared experiences at the table. The wine has been portrayed as the first pour of the evening or the unexpected second bottle, reinforcing the belief that memorable wine moments are shaped more by feeling than by knowledge.

A statement from Sumeet Sharma, Regional Head, Aditya Birla New Age Hospitality, has further highlighted that wine at CinCin is designed around how it fits into the moment. It was noted that Bianco has been developed as a white wine that feels fresh, comfortable, and ideal for sharing, strengthening the brand’s focus on making wine an easy and integral part of everyday dining experiences.
