Farzi Café is strengthening its place in the modern Indian dining space with a refreshed food and beverage programme. The new menu is being positioned around familiar Indian flavours that are reworked through contemporary formats, global techniques and playful presentation. A broader dining experience is being created through small plates, comfort-led mains, inventive desserts, city-inspired cocktails and an expanded coffee menu.
The updated culinary direction is led by reinterpretation rather than replacement. Tapas-style plates such as Dal Chawal Arancini, Banarsi Tamatar Chaat, Tempura Fried Prawns with Rasam Reduction, Burrata Thecha Bomb and Galouti Burgers are being offered as compact, shareable formats. Vegetarian additions include Avocado Laphing, Injipuli Lotus Stem with Furikake and Chilli Cheese Jalebi, while non-vegetarian choices include Tibetan Shaphalay, Chicken & Waffle, Lamb Chops with Mint Labneh and Papad Prawns.
A stronger comfort-food layer has also been added through the main course section. Dishes such as Rogan Josh Shepherd’s Pie, Crispy Burrata with Makhni Sauce, Mushroom Korma, Railway Chicken Curry and Kosha Mangsho are being presented as part of the refreshed offering. A Taftan Pizza range has also been introduced, where Indian bread traditions are being combined with global flavour ideas.
The dessert section has been designed around nostalgia and indulgence. Parle-G Cheesecake, Tres Leches Rasmalai and Mithai Tiramisu are being used to extend the brand’s familiar approach of presenting Indian references through modern café formats. These additions are expected to appeal to diners seeking recognisable flavours in newer forms.
The beverage programme has been expanded through Cocktail Safari, conceptualised by Anurag Dhingra. According to Zorawar Kalra, Founder and Managing Director of Massive Restaurants Pvt. Ltd., the cocktail menu has been inspired by India’s cities, their energy, culture and flavour identities. He said Farzi Café had been a “genre-defining brand” since its introduction in 2014.
The coffee programme has also been widened under the Quantum Coffee menu. Signature cold brews, specialty coffees and non-caffeinated beverages have been included to support all-day dining occasions. Through the refreshed programme, Farzi Café is being positioned not only as a food-led modern Indian restaurant, but also as a beverage-forward café experience.
