Spice Grill Flame (SGF) India has once again made waves in the vegetarian QSR space by adding three new locations to its already expanding network. Outlets were recently opened in Greenfield (Faridabad), Bakhtawarpur, and Ramesh Nagar, signaling the company’s continued push to deepen its presence in the Delhi-NCR region.

Founded back in 2012 with just ₹3 lakhs and a single store in Ashok Vihar, Delhi, SGF has seen its journey marked by smart decisions and strong principles. Over 75 outlets have been established across more than 20 cities, with each one carefully chosen for maximum street-level visibility. And now, the next chapter in its story is already being written—with expansion at home and abroad on the agenda.

Ambitious goals have been laid out by the brand, though they appear to be grounded in reality. It has been reported that SGF is planning to double its outlet count in the next 12 months. Even more excitingly, global markets are being eyed, with a launch of packaged vegetarian food items in the pipeline. A revenue target of ₹23–24 crore has been set for FY25, and a 10% increase is being projected for the current fiscal year.

The brand's popularity hasn’t come from sheer scale alone. It has been attributed to a few core ingredients—consistent taste, fast service, and a franchise-friendly approach. These pillars have not only drawn in loyal diners but also attracted aspiring entrepreneurs looking to invest in a promising food venture.

Though rapid growth has been achieved, the original values reportedly haven’t been lost along the way. According to insiders, founder Kewal Ahuja has remained focused on quality and customer experience from day one. His approach has been based on delivering value and trust—principles that have been carried through every expansion, every menu addition, and every franchise deal.

With each new outlet, SGF’s brand presence is being solidified, not just across India, but potentially soon on international shelves. And as more people discover the joy of fast, fresh vegetarian food done right, it seems SGF is just getting started.
